We believe that as parents we have been called to rely on God for strength and wisdom as we raise our children. By entering into a covenant relationship with God, we commit to being good examples and to instilling Godly values in our children. The Parent | Child Dedication Ceremony is a ceremony in which the parents publicly state their intent to raise their child in a home that honors God. They commit to laying a spiritual foundation that, in God’s timing, will ultimately lead their child into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is an opportunity for the Church to enter into a special partnership with parents which involves encouraging, instructing and assisting them as they journey through parenthood.
