PCC is partnering with Church on the Block this holiday season to bring Christmas joy to several families who live in the Church on the Block neighborhood!
Each of our Small Groups will be adopting one of these families and we invite our entire Church family to bring cheer to the families' homes with CHRISTMAS GROCERY CARDS. Monetary donations toward these cards can be made to Princeton Community Church through December 17TH. Nancy Pullen, our Outreach Ministry Leader, will purchase the cards with the money received and will coordinate with the Small Groups to bring the gifts to our adopted families.
Give your gift online today - please make certain to select CHRISTMAS GROCERY CARDS as your giving type in the drop down menu so your gift can be properly allocated.
Gifts may also be sent through the mail to PO BOX 715, PENNINGTON, NJ 08534 or dropped at the Church Office Monday through Thursday 8:30AM-2:30PM (face coverings required for any donations brought to the Church Office - please contact Cori to schedule the drop-off prior to arrival.)

PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR FRIENDS IN HONDURAS
Lord, be with our brothers and sisters in Honduras, as they faithfully serve you in a place that is very challenging at times to just live. May they experience your blessings and protection from disease and violence. And please also be with the missionaries, including Ed Lockett, as they go and partner with what you are doing with the church in Honduras. We also ask this for all of our brothers and sisters, and your missionaries, throughout the world: to protect them from this pandemic and that the gospel would be proclaimed all the more despite the challenges of this time. And show us how we can be your hands and feet to those in our community who are now most vulnerable. All for your glory, Lord. Amen

We believe that God created us to be a tangible presence of
grace and love in our communities and in the world.
Together, we strive to be a church
that will give of ourselves and our resources to
see lives near and far transformed in His name.
Grow for Giving started at PCC about six years ago to grow fresh vegetables and glean and purchase produce from local sustainable farms to give to neighbors with transportation disadvantages or other resource limitations. Stressed family budgets often result in consumption of less clean, less fresh and less heathy food. Emergency food providers are challenged to procure organic produce. Grow for Giving works to fill the gap of food insecurity and nutritional compromise. We believe the best food, both for consumers and for the environment, is grown locally with organic practices.
With the help and generosity of Alex and James of Fairgrown Farm and the hospitality of Stalin Bedon, the Grow for Giving ministry now operates a one-fifth acre donation garden called The Happy Helping Farm. This farm is located on Aunt Molly Road in Hopewell, NJ.
We had a great start this season and we're working to expand production for 2021. We have several opportunities to serve in this capacity. If you are interested in this ministry, we have several options for you:
- visit or volunteer with us at the farm
- learn about gleaning programs or other donation growers
- join in the discussion about ideas to improve our efforts or expand our scope
- connect with farmers to buy the best food for donating
- help deliver to vulnerable neighbors, soup kitchens and food pantries
- help source compost material

The mission of Street Church Ministries and Church on the Block is to love and shepherd people living in crisis on the streets and within transitional housing in Trenton, NJ. Every Sunday morning the Street Church Ministries team visits people living on the streets of Trenton wherever they might be, in tents, under bridges, behind buildings etc.
On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, they facilitate small groups at transitional housing complexes, also known as a halfway house. In addition, the team helps provide for the physical needs of those who live in these housing units since they are typically just a step above homelessness.

PCC has been supporting Haiti Friendship Ministries and Ed Lockett, Jr. since 2009. We are encouraged by the work they are doing on the ground in Petit Goave, Haiti and the surrounding areas and have consistently sent teams to work alongside their ministry over the past years.
We began supporting Ed Lockett, Jr. and his journey into Honduras in 2016 and are planning a trip to work alongside him and his team as they bring God's love and grace to the lives of the people living there.
