We ask a lot of questions, from everyday questions like "what’s for dinner?" to deeper questions like "what is the meaning of life?" Jesus asked a lot of questions, too. He asked curiosity driven and thought provoking questions that challenged hearts, revealed truth and changed lives. Join us in this series as we consider questions that Jesus asked to discover how they impact our life, faith, purpose and relationships still today.

All around us are catchy messages and ideas that claim to be true, but we need to test those ideas against the truth in Scripture. Join us for this five week series to examine commonly accepted beliefs and teachings, to cut through the noise and ask: is it biblically sound? Or does it just sound biblical?

DISCIPLESHIP COURSE
HISTORY OF THE BIBLE LANDS
The Bible is a series of stories and texts about the real people of God in the real world, a real world with history and geography that doesn't always jump off the page when we read. In this new discipleship class, we will dive into the important history and geography of the lands and people that we read so much about in our Bibles to make the texts come a little more alive to us. Chris Pullen will lead us in this four week class as we learn about Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, and Rome.

PCCKidS | 2025-2026 TEACHING SCHEDULE
OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
We are excited to announce that we are now signing up PCCKiDS' teachers for September 2025- June 2026! We are seeking month long commitments as this is the most effective way to build relationships with families and help kids discover and experience the life-changing love of Christ.

We're also happy to welcome teen volunteers in the classrooms to assist teachers, so please let us know if your teen is interested in this opportunity.

PCCKIDS | PROMOTION SUNDAY
On Sunday, September 7, our PCCKiDS will move up to their new classrooms as we celebrate the start of the 2025–2026 school year. We will take time to pray over our students as they begin this new chapter.
Parents, please have your children bring their backpacks for a special Back-to-School Prayer at the start of service on this day.

VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION MONTH | AUGUST 2025
To show our appreciation for all of our amazing PCCKiDS Volunteers, the PCCKiDS Ministry will pause all programming during the month of August 2025.
This time off is a small way for us to say thank you for your dedication, love, and faithful service to our children and families throughout the year.
The Nursery + Toddler rooms will be open on Sunday mornings during this time period for anyone who may need to use them.
We look forward to resuming programming in September, refreshed and ready for another great season together!

TUBING ON THE DELAWARE
Join us for a fun-filled 5-mile tubing adventure with Wayne Henderek to celebrate the start of our Small Group season!
Date - Sunday, September 7th
Meeting Time - 1:30 PM
Meeting Location - Big Bear Gear Tubing Center, Kingwood, NJ
What to Expect:
- A 5-mile river float taking 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on river conditions.
- Meet at Big Bear Gear Tubing Center in Kingwood, NJ to check in, then take a shuttle bus to the launch point.
- Tubes are provided based on your selection at registration.
- After the float, a shuttle will return you to your vehicles at Big Bear Gear Tubing Center.
Approximate Costs:
- Standard open tube: $40
- Double tube: $70.66
- Closed-bottom children’s tube (for ages 6+): a few extra dollars
- Parking fee: $7 per vehicle
Note: Tube selection, waiver and payment are made during registration via Big Bear Gear.
To Attend:
- Register with Big Bear Gear by following the link to Big Bear Gear Tubing Center - make certain to select Sept 7 at 1:30pm when you register.
- Make certain to complete the waiver with Big Bear Gear when registering.
